Our Hi Tech Cabin range is manufactured and transported in one section. This range also includes our Granny Flats, Site Offices, Kit Homes and Cabins.
Our luxury range – from simple two person accommodation right through to 5-Star luxurious family accommodation. If you are a destination park, or want to become one, these are your ideal middle to top of the range units. This range of accommodation is manufactured in either one, two or three sections up to a design of sixteen sections.
The High-End home range is designed specifically with residential parks in mind. Each unit is manufactured to the specifications and design requirements of the individual or park. The design options for these units differ from our other ranges as there are fundamental requirements for a home compared to tourist type accommodation. This range is becoming more popular to on-sell to residents or long term casuals.

Internal lining is plasterboard to common areas and VILLABOARD to wet areas to comply with Australian Standards.
Gas Hot Water System (minimum of 18 litres per minute) to allow two (2) taps with 3-star energy rating to be used at the same time. (3-star is the min rating allowed = 9 ltrs per minute). To keep onsite service connections to a minimum, we normally INSTALL the HWS before the Mobile Home leaves the factory.
Air conditioners are available in all our mobile homes upon request.
Smoke detectors are standard as is an internal fuse board with earth leakage circuit breakers.
Ceilings are in plasterboard with a 55mm cornice. Your choice of square set or a decorative cornice
All power points are doubles except for the refrigerator which is a single power point
All ceramic tile floors have a solid base with a fall to the floor waste, again to comply with Australian Standards.
Floor coverings are available in your choice of Vinyl, Ceramic Tiles or Carpet to all bedrooms.
We pride ourselves on our workmanship and our eye for detail, like using stainless steel nails to secure the decking. All external nails, bolts, screws will be at least galvanised

Kitchen cupboards have a wipe clean Melamine interior and the doors have a 3mm edge strip as do the drawers, for greater resistance against damage from wear and tear.

The chassis is covered externally with an EPOPXY coating (This process will really extend the life of the chassis. NB: we are currently the only supplier of mobile homes using this process)

Floor joists are termite treated timber at 450mm c/c with a Yellow Tongue Flooring (Termite Resistant if required at an additional cost)
Termite resistant timber frame and roof timbers are built to N2 wind compliance up to N4 and cyclone conditions when required. Breather foil encased frame and R1.5 insulation batts to external walls. A BASIX report is available upon request.
Roof pitches (angles) up to 30o, Colorbond roofing with ANTICON roof insulation. All timber sizes have been tested to meet with AUSTRALIAN STANDARDS and the building comes with an Engineer's compliance and drawings.
Aluminium sliding windows are standard. (Louvre and hopper style even double hung are available at an additional cost.)
Colours are your choice from any range. We use and prefer Dulux colours
